- Explain service options;
- Review applications for completeness;
- Record and verify applicant identification;
- Collect citizenship evidence and processing fees;
- Administer oaths and witness signatures; and
- Forward applications, citizenship evidence, and fees to the Federal Government on a daily basis.

If you don’t have access to a printer, you may pick up blank forms at the library. The link will also explain in detail any items you must bring to your appointment, and the fees involved.
