2024 Business Sponsorship Opportunities
In 2023 Milanof-Schock Library began a sponsorship program with local businesses. We believe it’s a win-win for MSL and the business. Consider partnering with Milanof-Schock Library and be seen by more of your friends and neighbors!

Community Room Sponsorship
Most of Milanof-Schock Library’s programs are held in the Community Room. Library Programs like Story Time, Game Night, Adventures with Baby, Make-it-Monday, Homeschool Spanish Class, and library clubs like Joyful Stitchers, Quilters Study and Closely Knit are a core service that MSL provides to the community. As a Community Room Sponsor your company logo is in the space where the programs are held for the term of your sponsorship. Your business will be recognized and your business logo and sponsorship will be celebrated in the library lobby and in the library Newsletter. The library can provide exact details of how many people are likely to attend programs during a given month as well as how many people receive and open the library newsletter.
Sponsorship months will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a preferred month(s) please note it in the donation comments and we will do our best to accommodate that request based on availability.
Monthly sponsorship: $100
Quarterly sponsorship: $250

Adult Program Sponsor
Adult library programs like Make-it-Monday and Jigsaw Puzzle Team Showdown are very popular. As an Adult Programing Sponsor your company logo is put on a sandwich board and is placed directly in the space where the program is held. Your business will be recognized and your business logo and sponsorship will be celebrated in the library lobby and in the library newsletter. Your business logo and sponsorship will be everywhere that the program is advertised.
Programs to sponsor include:
Jigsaw Puzzle Showdown (twice a year) – $250 per program
Make-It Monday (monthly) – $200 per event, $500 per quarter
Guest presenters (several times a year) – $150 per event

New Book Shelf Sponsor
Books are still a big part of what libraries do, and few places in the library get more day-to-day attention than the New Book Shelf. As a New Book Shelf Sponsor your company logo is prominently on MSL’s New Book Shelf. The library can provide exact details of how many people take books from the New Book Shelf in a given period, and can help create bookmarks for your business to be displayed at the New Book Shelf to direct readers to your business.

Event Sponsor
A library event is a happening that brings large numbers of people to the library in a short amount of time. Library events like Donegal Student Art Show (January), Celebrate Seuss (March), Maker Fest (June) MSL’s Love Your Library Bash (August) and Patron Appreciation (2 weeks in October) bring hundreds of our friends and neighbors to the library. Additionally, Food Truck Thursdays over the summer sure do draw a crowd!
As an exclusive platinum event sponsor your company logo is placed prominently in the space where the event is happening and is on all marketing for the event. All gold event sponsor logos are placed prominently in the space where the event is happening. Your business will be recognized as adding value to the event, and your business logo and sponsorship will be celebrated in the library lobby and in the library Newsletter.
Please indicate in the donation comments which event you wish to sponsor. Exclusive platinum sponsorships will be updated below when spoken for. If selecting a monthly Food Truck Thursdays sponsorship please indicate in the donation comments which month you prefer to sponsor.
